So what is it? It is very simple and it can be completed by anyone who has the desire to improve their life.
The 10 Week 7 Day Focus – Action Steps
1. Set Goals in the following 7 areas of your life
• Fun Time
2. Focus on 3 activities each week that will move you closer to your overall goals and complete them.
3. Complete a shared form with all your goals and activities each week.
4. Carry your goals and focused activities with you and review them each day.
5. Check in weekly with each other. (With the exception if you are on holiday)
You will now join the 1% club. Less than 4% of people write down their goals and fewer than 1% review them on an ongoing basis.
