Try this exercise and see how it can change your MINDSET.

In your mind’s eye see your business sold or closed down. Yes the door is closed and everything has gone. No sales, staff or customers to worry about.

Don’t get too carried away as we want you to open it again tomorrow. If you had the chance would you be in the same business, have the same staff or attract the same customers. Would you change the credit terms you offer your customers? Do you have to give 30 days’ credit? Your business and the future is in your hands.
